Orders & shipping

How fast do orders ship?

Same business day if you order before 2:00 PM Central, next business day otherwise. Camera systems take an extra day because we link and test them before they ship.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on all orders within the United States. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

Can I pick up locally?

Yes. We are in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Call ahead and we will have it ready and walk you through it.

CuddeLink camera systems

What actually is CuddeLink?

A network. Each camera relays its images to the next one until they reach a single home unit, up to 23 cameras deep. You pull one card instead of twenty — or none at all, if the home unit is cellular and sends them to your phone.

Do I need a cell plan for every camera?

No, and this is the whole point. Only the home unit has a cell plan. Every other camera in the network rides on it for free.

Should I buy a pre-built kit or build my own?

The pre-built setups are the common configurations at a package price and they cover most properties. If your ground has an odd shape, heavy canopy, or you already own cameras, build your own and we will sanity-check it before it ships.

How far apart can cameras be?

Roughly a quarter mile between units in open hardwoods, less in thick cover or across a ridge. Long Range IR units reach further. Terrain matters more than distance on paper, which is why we ask about your property before recommending a layout.

Does every camera need an SD card?

Yes, including the home unit. Cuddeback cameras will not operate without one.

Crossbows

Do crossbows ship assembled and sighted in?

They ship assembled with the scope mounted and bore-sighted. Final sighting is yours to do — your bolts, your broadheads, your eye. Bring it by the shop and we will help.

What is the difference between the colorways?

Finish only. Moss Green and Vektra Camo shoot identically; Vektra carries a small premium for the dip.

Saddle hunting

I have never hunted from a saddle. Where do I start?

A saddle, a platform, and a set of sticks — that is the whole system. Practice at knee height in the yard until hanging and standing is boring, then go hunt. Call us and we will talk through sizing before you buy.

Standard or XL?

Tethrd sizes by waist and weight, not height. If you are between sizes or over 250 lbs, go XL. Ask us — a saddle that does not fit is a saddle you will not hunt in.
