Shipping & Returns
How fast orders ship, what shipping costs, and how to send something back.
Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central on a business day ship the same day. Anything after that goes out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Free standard shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum.
Crossbows, saddles and complete camera systems ship in one box wherever possible. Kits are packed, linked and tested before they are sealed, so a CuddeLink system may take an extra business day to leave the shop — that is deliberate, and it is the reason those systems work when they get to your property.
We ship within the United States only. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.
Returns
Unused gear in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Start a return by emailing us or calling the shop — we will send a return authorization and instructions.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong thing.
- Crossbows and bows can be returned only if unfired and un-cocked, with all packaging and accessories. Once a bow has been shot it is a used bow.
- Broadheads, arrows and any opened blade product cannot be returned once the package is opened, for safety reasons.
- Electronics — cameras, cell homes and solar banks — can be returned within 30 days if unregistered and unused. Registered cellular units go through the manufacturer.
- Setup and consultation services are non-refundable once the work has been performed.
Damaged or wrong items
If a box arrives damaged, photograph it before opening it and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace the item and cover the shipping both ways. Same if we picked the wrong thing — that one is on us.
