Warranty Information

Manufacturer warranties on everything we sell, and how we help you use them.

Everything we sell carries its manufacturer’s warranty, and every brand on our shelves is one we are an authorized dealer for. That distinction matters: a warranty claim on gear bought from an unauthorized seller is usually refused outright, no matter how new it is.

How to start a claim

Call or email us first. We will diagnose it with you, and if it is a warranty issue we file it with the manufacturer on your behalf and stay on it until it is resolved. You do not have to sit on hold with anyone.

By brand

  • TenPoint — five-year limited warranty on the crossbow, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. Strings and cables are wear items. Register your bow with TenPoint at purchase.
  • Cuddeback — one-year limited warranty on cameras and electronics. Cuddeback is a Wisconsin company and their support is genuinely good; we handle the filing either way.
  • Tethrd — lifetime warranty on saddles, platforms and sticks against manufacturing defects. Tethrd inspects and repairs rather than replacing where it makes sense, which is the right call on load-rated gear.
  • G5, Bowmar, QAD, Hamskea, Stan — limited lifetime warranties against defects for the original owner. Blades, O-rings and cords are consumables.
  • Avian-X, Nukem — one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

What warranties do not cover

Normal wear, dry fires, damage from a fall, unauthorized modification, and neglect. A crossbow that was left cocked all season and a saddle that lived in a truck bed for two years are maintenance conversations, not warranty claims — but call anyway. We would rather look at it.

Our own work

Anything we set up, tune or configure in the shop is backed by us. If a CuddeLink network we built does not link, or a bow we tuned will not hold a group, bring it back and we will make it right.
